Maintenance is wonderful! Very easy to put in a work order online. Very friendly service, makes me think they must have a ... wonderful working life because they are always happy, even when they are driving around in their carts they wave. Very understanding and easy to work with office staff as well, they get things done. Life can be stressful, Highwoods makes apartment living easy and we can all use a little easy! Spacious apartment and well maintained grounds are the key to enjoying this Windsor complex. Everyone is nice and courteous ... and the maintenance Team cannot be beat.
